Launched as Interim Chairman & CEO in Iran,  a food supplement (first international brand acquired in Iran) and implemented respective sales and production start-up organization.

Start of Joint Venture in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Implemented as commercial lead for a Canadian/UAE joint venture in Abu Dhabi, relevant finance & administration, HR, IT and commercial affairs processes from scratch and assured transition into fully operational legal entity. Achieved first contract award for the MENA region, about 100 Mio. EUR volume with a new governmental customer.

Defined and implemented global Shared Service models in Europe / Asia / Africa
Ensured as responsible transition manager successful on-boarding into finance Shared Service model and aligned global business processes in Europe, Africa and Asia for a global pharmaceutical group.

Incorporated regional HUB for MENA region in Dubai, UAE
As Director Finance & Administration, achieved transition from third parties export business into an integrated regional MENA structure to maintain SG&A costs while expanding geographical business scope and generate double digit CAGR value in a nonstandard environment. Built and developed multicultural MENA finance & administration teams in Dubai, Egypt and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from scratch.
